After further testing, I think iNotes cannot display an attachment of any kind if it has Image.ext on it. I tried image.txt, it showed, I tried Image.txt - it did not show. Even tried two attachments image.bmp (visible) and Image.txt (not visible).
If you have any ideas please let me know, as I am also going to contact Lotus with the information. If I get a resolution, I'll be sure to post it.
